  • Due to the bespoke nature of traditional Kumaoni and Garhwali jewelry, all customized jewelry and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • Earrings and other items for piercings cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Sale items or items purchased during promotions are also non-returnable.

1.2 Eligible Returns
We only accept returns for items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective.
  • Are significantly different from the product description or images on our website.

  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by Arish Jewellers if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
